Brass at Beamish 2026

It’s the battle of the brass bands, as groups from the North East compete to be determined the best.

Organised by the Durham County Brass Band Association (DCBBA), the museum will play host as competing bands perform a hymn and a march for an independent adjudicator who will judge the performances. A short awards ceremony will follow, with the first and second place bands from each section receiving an award.
